RMI Outdoors is hiring a Parts Associate, who will assist customers, prepare service estimates, and manage parts orders and sales.
In this role, you'll manage goods and services efficiently, maintain quality, handle tasks proactively, pay attention to details, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Essential Job Functions:
· Order parts using web portals or by cross-referencing part/model numbers
· Schedule equipment pick-ups and deliveries
· Notify customers when repairs or parts are ready
· Support new equipment sales
· Maintain inventory and keep shelves organized
· Stock showroom with equipment and accessories
· Ensure excellent customer service
· File warranty claims and assist customers per guidelines
Requirements:
· 3 years of experience in parts
· Effective customer service and communication skills
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Basic computer proficiency
· Attention to detail in paperwork

Their main responsibilities include efficiently scanning items, expertly bagging purchases, promptly requesting price checks, and skillfully handling coupons. Cashiers are responsible for collecting payments and providing accurate change, ensuring a smooth transaction. At the end of each shift, they meticulously count the contents of the cash register drawer and maintain precise records of receipts and withdrawals. Additionally, cashiers proactively check inventory levels and report when supplies need replenishing, contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.
Responsibilities:
